We aspire to reliably supplying our customers with the stainless steel products they want in as short a time as possible. Our approach here is founded on comprehensively considered processes. To take loading as an example, our centrally managed lorry coordination guarantees rapid handling. Lowered loading bays in our warehouses afford optimum access to the lorry beds. In combination with indoor cranes that include crane hooks specifically optimised for sheet transport, this allows for extremely material-friendly and fast loading. We have linked these internal processes to a Europe-wide network of solid logistics partners for the fast and reliable delivery of goods.

Alongside the physical work and logistics processes, our IT department has also developed digital workflows which are tailored to our needs, ranging from EDI connections with our customers and suppliers to a special material and order overview. Our employees are therefore able to provide our customers with information at all times. We additionally ensure high dispatch reliability with order-specific confirmation scans of the individually labelled packages in the loading process.
