Zwick Edelstahl is the market leader in ground flat products.

In our grinding service centre, we create a great variety of surfaces. In the middle of 2018, we added two more grinding machines. Both these machines were designed and built in-house. So we now have a total of 4 high-performance grinding machines at our disposal. In addition to customary surface finishes, we also supply surface finishes to customers’ specifications.

We grind  

• square tubes from 10 x 10 to 200 x 200 mm
• rectangular tubes from 20 x 10 to 300 x 100 mm
• flat steel from 10 x 3 to 200 x 10 mm
• square bars from 8 to 60 mm
• brackets with even branches from 20 x 20 x 3.0 mm to 100 x 100 x 8.0 mm

Surface finishes

• grain 240 to grain 320 ground, optionally foil-coated
• grain 400 to grain 600 ground, optionally foil-coated
• grinding according to samples
• roughness depth measurement possible upon request
